This is an easy one: GWB
It's even easier: Paul Martini
Who ever had faith in Martini?
Half of our stupid country. and most of Ontario, but what would you expect they get a free pass to come here in exchange for a vote, i'd come too.

Most overrated leader? I’ll offer a few and let the shit storm start:
1. Hitler – I know it’s an obvious choice, but most know something about him, so dialogue should be easy to start
2. Mao Zedong – Great Leap Forward + Cultural Revolution
While I agree that those two did do great leap forwards for their people and country, can the same be said for the cost? Maos Red Book was the basis of life for the Chinese which he prompted every family to produce around 5 or so kids each, thus creating the overpopulation. What about Chain Kai-Shek?
A good choice as well. Kai-shek’s historiography is interesting as he is often contrasted (ideologically) to Mao, but it’s often at the price of some his rather glaring failures (like trying to defeat the communists before addressing the Japanese invasion + his eventual military – some would argue political – defeat at the hands of the communists).
How about this one? Che Guevara.

Wow that's clever
Che Guevara was no leader, he was a crackpot with a gun.
Hrmm that maybe considered a leader in some books.

Whoops that was Chiang but oh well. I have no ultimate knowledge of him but to many third world revolutionary countries he was a hero in his own right. He was a theorist and tactician of asymmetric warfare.

Besides the fact that Mao trumps Hitler as a homocidal maniac I'd still give both of them credit for their accomplishments that were separate from their failures.
Hitler did indeed lift Germany out of the depression before he drove it over the precipice.
Mao unified China which the Nationalists never had done. Then he kiiled 100 million or so of his own people...but no one's perfect.
