I agree – it seems that that these cyber Scarlet medals often find their inspiration in a recent exchange where one feels slighted. It appears that personal rows often fuel them rather than a true acknowledgement of one meeting the medal’s criteria (which, in this case, is so subjective, I’m not sure how it can be fairly applied). Essentially, it’s “I-don’t like-you-because-you-don’t-agree-or-I-can’t-prove-my-point-so-I’ll-punish-you-with-a-constant-negative-medal” mentality.
Besides, isn’t “annoying” rather relative? I say let the mods instigate these nominations and end their punitive function.

Well if you and your pals all don't agree with Iceowl, it still doesn't mean he deserves it. If you can't disagree without calling someone annoying, maybe you should stick to the "person above me" thread.

look guys! you are wrong with the point that i wanted to force IceOwl to accept my opinion! i nominated him not as a result of discussion between me and him... the most annoying was his "remove it!" about the quote in Bart's sig... tellin you, it's not about his point of view! don't make a doc Evil of me, ok?

It's because of his temper tantrums. He takes everything so seriously (as you saw Mustang). He freaks out on everyone.
