Masking doping is 95% of the art of doping. The weight of evidence against Armstrong is overwhelming.

This is a witch hunt. Since you can't prove he was doping then you say that he masked the doping.

So once accused he's guilty regardless of the dearth of evidence?

You'd have made a fine chekist.

Keeping up with the 'new normal', why not just run 2 categories in each competition then. 'Doping competitors & non-doping competitors'!

Because the doping guys who aren't as good as the high level dopers would enter the non-doping competition!

The only EVIDENCE there is, are PASSED drug tests.
The rest is "witnesses" who know fuck all and cannot prove anything.

Dunno, but 2 guys were just released from jail because they turned out to be innocent of a murder committed 25 years ago. They were found guilty back then because of EYE WITNESSES. They (2 brothers) weren't even in the neighbourhood when the murder took place. They served 25 years for something they didn't do.

Just sayin'. If witnesses is all you have...

A good lawyer will avoid eye-witnesses and rely on evidence only. Eye witnesses alone usually amount to either a dismissal or a not guilty verdict.

Second hand "information" will be shredded by a halfway decent lawyer, and I'll bet if this does go to a real court Lance can afford a good one.

$1:
Should Armstrong lose his Tour titles then retired German rider Jan Ullrich - who twice finished as runner-up to the Texan - fellow German Andreas Kloden, Swiss rider Alex Zulle, Spaniard Joseba Beloki and Italian Ivan Basso could all benefit.

Did you miss the fact he passed ALL his drug tests?

Track athlete Marion Jones "passed" all her drug tests while competing too. Turns out she admitted doing steriods the whole time she was the darling of the track world and winning all those medals at the Olympics. He's just as guilty.

As did Florence Griffith Joyner and Carl Lewis and neither of them had to give up their medals. 8O
