CDI college=rip off

222 guy, I read almust comment about CDI, it too bad. but I applied 3D animation at CDI school in Montreal, I still don't pay to them but I had CAQ and I am waiting for study permit in this month. So now, how can I get out of them ?, should I still continue there ? I feel nervous this school.
could you give me some advice early ?

heres some advice: back out while you can! I just attended the CDI in downtown edmonton. I took the pharmacy tech course. it sounded great, they said Id have living assistant money, theyd get me a job and it was "guaranteed" and they said CDI college is a highly recognized school in pharmacies. First of all I struggled liked hell trying to pay my bills, almost got evicted twice, my husband had to pay for everything, and thats very hard he was working 12 hr days, 7 days a week. Then the practicum. UGH. I had to get it myself, that wasnt mentioned when I signed up they told me they would get it for me. then the pharmacy "fired" me for having a hypoglycemic attack, which was from the stressful assholes I had to work with, they told my school i just up and left work for no reason. I set up another practicum at walmart and the pharmacy manager had no idea what CDI college was, and told me the school would have to set it up wit district office, keeping this in mind, the school told me that isnt how the school does it and I myself have top set it up with the pharmacy manager. how the heck do you do that when thats the complete opposite of how its acctually works. so now theyre throwing me around in circles. I just wasted the last year of my life. I am WARNING you, if you want something out of your education DO NOT go to that school. It might differ between campuses, but i highly doubt it. the idiots I had to deal with, it's unbelievable when you spend 14000 and it gets you absolutely nothing. I say this agin with complete seriousness, DO NOT go to this school if you want to better your life. I had to learn the hard way, it totally screwed my life. Don't make the same mistake and take my advice.

my wife went to edmonton for 30 days and was kicked out for failing 2 exam and is not in debt for $12000 becuase it was in the agreement if you complete over 10% of course you pay 60%, she completed 10.2% and was let go and now have to pay $12000 to govt student loan,, 
.. any idea what i can do in thie situation, any help is greatly appreciated.

My wife got admission in CDI college a month ago, she is immigrant and was excited to get admission in CDI College, after getting rejected to get admmision from university for not having pre requisite, , CDI did all the paperwork and got her loan approved for $18000, same course in university cost only $8000, Anyway, they made her sign alot of documents which she signed without reading, in which one page say, if she withdrawn or terminated, while 1 to 10% of course, she pay 25 % of fee which is $6000, if she complete 10% to 50% of course, she pay 60% which is about $12000, and over 50% completion u pay full $18000, So after a month she came home and told me that CDI ask her to leave because she failed twice and there was a claw that if you fail twice, you cannot continue the program, she is 2 day more than 10% so she is at 10.2 % so she comes in 60% category and have to pay $12000 to the govt as govt student loan already paid the CDI. I MEAN WOW>.
sooooo now we are in debt of $12000 of govt student for going to CDI for 30 days,, and not getting any diploma or any good education. 1 teacher was teching all the courses..
She had 5 exams and 15 quizzes in a month in which she failed 2, and they kicked her out and kept all the money and now we have to pay $12000 to govt student loan.
Please advice what i can do in this situation.

Get a lawyer and then ask him if it's a grand idea to log onto an Internet forum and ask legal advice.

I agree with the people who say CDI sucks and is a rip off they got me stuck for 8, 000 I didnt get to finish the coarse I was lied to by the director of the school and the admissions I didnt get to finish my coarse because I was paying tuition from my own pocket and had to work 2 jobs so I was told that I would be able to finish the 2 months remaining when I come back. When I came back I was told that I can come back when the 8, 000 is paid off and I would half to pay another 8, 000 this is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard and lesson learned always get arrangements on paper!!!!!
