I never thought Jon on Apple was a good fit. The production was top tier and he had great interviews but I always suspected the brand he had clashed with that of Apple. He asks too many uncomfortable questions for him to be in bed with a tech giant that is dependent upon a supply chain from China for long. Amazed it lasted as long as it did.

Another streamer would be smart to pick it up. Pretty much every interview he did went viral.

Jon is dangerously close to becoming the Keith Olberman/David Suzuki expensive chandelier of the left. That level of an easy target for the right means by default a lot of toxic baggage no matter how well get does his interviews. Some people are just going to tune out the message as they see him as the message and call him a filthy jew to smear and squelch him.

He is not the left answer to Joe Rogan and platforms see how badly that deal with Rogan went and will be hesitant to their stockholders to go all in on such an expensive pick up.

   

Never happen his contract is ironclad, also Jon Oliver. The problem with right wing comedians are they just are not funny, they are disparaging masquerading as funny because they see this as a way to mock the left counterparts but it comes off as crass aka Gutfield. However, the establishment LOVES the right and will always pay to platform them just to deny slots in the lineup opening up to progressives.
