I am glad the Pope is truthful about his beliefs and feelings. I am sure that the Holy Father is wounded by his own confusion.

While even the Pope can barely hold back his intolerance, the rest of us must seek a higher wisdom.

So, may God bless the Pope and may he have a true epiphany and may this man discover the true gifts that God has given us all.

... I am really really trying to restrain myself here...

Don't let others define you. If you want peace in your heart, then it is simply your choice.

Isn't it ironic that we have a lifetime to grow in wisdom, yet many religious leaders are stuck. Yes, ironic.

Most Catholics I know tell me they are supposed to listen to the church not the Bible.

So the leader of the Catholics thinks his faith is number one and you pray for an epiphany? Good grief, are you out there praying that all the Imams, Rabbis and the Dali Lama will see the light too? Who do you pray to? John Lennon?

Sure, why wouldn't I want the Pope to discover the error of his ways? And why not if the imams were to see past their baseness?

I like the Dali Lama, we could learn a lot from him.

These are desperate times for the church and no holy man with peace in his heart would utter such shameful utterances. The church has learned nothing. So goes the way of the world.

i'm still wondering where Biblical_Christian is...dam i'm sure he'd hate to miss out on this thread

Tman1 @ Tue Jul 10, 2007 10:56 pm

All these faiths, so much conflict.

Here I don't have one and I am fine as it is. Interesting no?

Isn't this the same Pope who earlier this year bowed and said prayers towards Mecca?

Yeah, like I'm going to believe anything he decides to say after that.

Let's get ready for Cardinal Biggles, Cardinal Fang, and the Spanish Inquisition.

ROTFL I was thinking the same thing.

Sure, let him says whatever he wants. So long as Catholics don't bother anyone else they're of no concern to me.
