Nothing is impossible. What bullshit were you reffering to?
[align=justify]
$1:
I've driven from Calgary to Kelowna in under 3 and half hours.
That bullshit. Spose you can make the coast in another hour?

I dont care how fast you drive,making Kelowna in anything less then 6 hours from Calgary is Lear jet stuff.

How long to get to Golden for you from Cowtown?

Curious now. :wink:

#3 is the shortest route to the coast and it go's through Kelowna and it's a long drive,I wont tell you how long yet because I want to see what you come up with.

Despite the fact that the person in question isn't going to the coast, who cares what you think I will come up with?

ziggy @ Sat Jun 03, 2006 10:43 pm

She's a 6 hour drive buddy,and that's speeding on the trans can.
Unless you have a Lear jet,then I will go sulk in the corner.

Yup,it's a whopping 45 minutes shorter,still takes min. 6 hours to get to Kelowna. Prolly longer on the trans Canada.

I've driven from Calgary to Kelowna in under 3 and half hours. People have their own driving preferences. Whether or not they obey the minimum highway speed is their perogative.

You're right that mountains are a factor. Pardon me.

There is no possible way. I have driven that route many times and it must be 550-600 KM. It usually takes at least 8 hours even if German tourists are not being mauled by a bear or chased by sheep.

Besides, why would anyone want to leave Alberta now that you can buy Kokanee here?
