He was 183cm tall, the bunk he "hung" himself on would have been shorter than that, he wouldn't have been able to work up enough force to break bones.
There are many ways to hand yourself from a bunk that is shorter then you. You can tie the noose around hid height of the bunk and by leaning forward cause the noose to tighten enough to kill you. Repeated hard dramatic thrusts forward could have broken these bones. This is sometimes happens has the body naturally tires to get more air.

I agree that suicide is the most likely explanation.
A few people seem to think that it's a stretch... probably the same people who believe that the moon landing was fake... that the world is flat... and that the World Trade Centre attacks was an inside job.
Hanging always involves a stretch.

A forensic pathologist hired by the family of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein says the autopsy “points to homicide rather than suicide.”
Dr. Michael Baden told “Fox & Friends" on Wednesday morning that the evidence suggests that Epstein, a convicted sex offender who was facing new sex trafficking charges for allegedly abusing dozens of minor girls, was strangled to death. Baden, 85, observed the autopsy.
The official cause of death was suicide.
Epstein, 66, was found in his jail cell early on Aug. 10 at the Metropolitan Correction Center in Manhattan. An unnamed official told The Washington Post that he hanged himself with a bed sheet attached to the top of a bunk bed.
Baden cited the specific fractures on Epstein’s neck, saying they are unusual in hangings by suicide and more common in death by strangulation. He also said there were hemorrhages in Epstein’s eyes that were common in homicidal strangulation and uncommon, though not unheard of, in suicidal hangings.
His death spawned online conspiracy theories, including that Epstein was killed to keep him from incriminating others.
Two weeks before his death, Epstein was found unconscious in his cell with bruises to his neck and was placed on suicide watch.

Did you check the credentials of the person who actually did the autopsy?
Baden was hired by Epstein's family and told them what they wanted to hear.

Did you check the credentials of the person who actually did the autopsy?
Baden was hired by Epstein's family and told them what they wanted to hear.
Cause of death is one thing. What led to the cause of death is something else. No coroner can tell you what led up to the death. So his findings are pretty much only good for offering closure to the family but still can't explain why a suicidal inmate was "accidentally" left alone in a "watch cell" with enough time and items to off himself before he could testify?

Thing is, the conspiracy theorists wanted to see him take down the Clintons and all the other bad Democrats in court. What they don't know, is that Trump and a bunch of other Republicans would have gone down too.
I'm saying that Trump had him killed... and my conspiracy theories are as good as anybody.

Funny, the Right will argue that Trump did nothing but believe that the Clinton's had him killed. I don't believe either one, because I don't see any proof.
