I know, that is what the EU tried to do, and that will never work. So... it is kinda stupid...
It might be called semantics, but if you had typed "a European Country", there would have been no issue.
If we were talking semantics, I would of said EU if I were referring to that orgainization's Presidency. I said Europe because I was referring to all of the countries in Europe including the ones who aren't in the EU. IIRC, not all countries in Europe are part of the EU.

Its 4AM there, you always show up in the wee hours of the morning. Either you don't have a regular job or you work night shift some where you have access to the internet.
