I'm frankly getting a little fed up with some of you just hating on the woman. In this case she's right and you bastards won't let it go not because you disagree with the history, but because your unbridled hatred of this woman knows no bounds.

If I wrote about Muslims the way you jerks go on about Palin you'd be all over me for it.

I don't know what it is about this woman that seems to bring out the bastard in some of you, but it's really too much.

   

Most Americans don't know that Revere ran into a British patrol and you expect Palin to know that? This a woman who didn't know that there were two Korea's and that the North was the bad one. And you expect her to know the detail's of Paul Revere's ride. Don't BS us.

Palin's MO is all about not knowing anything. Knowing is for Liberals. Real American's like her feel what's right and learn it from the Bible as interpreted by Saint Reagan.

   

She's not right, Bart. Revere did NOT go on a midnight run to warn the British. You can't defend that unless you're a complete fucking moron. Are you?

Revere went on a ride and got captured at which point he warned the Brits what was waiting for them.

That's what happened and that's what Palin said. For the love of God, I've quoted Paul fu*king Revere himself in this topic to back it up, what in hell more do you want?

Dude? seriously, c'mon. There is a HUGE difference between riding out to warn the Americans AND Brits and getting captured and blabbing to the Brits.

Which begs the question, IF Revere indeed set out to warn the Brits as well as the Yanks as Palin claimed, how is he such a patriot again? I would think voluntarily informing your enemy that they have reinforcements arriving would be the antithesis of patriotism.

   

And I guess Paul Revere knows less about Paul Revere than you do, eh?

   

She didn't claim that. She said he did warn them, and so did Paul Revere say that, but she did not say he set out on his ride specifically to warn the Brits.

And, yes, I agree that Revere's 'legend' is overblown and mostly that's due to Longfellow with his romanticized poem that schoolkids used to have to memorize.

She became in short order the main negative that sank a presidential campaign. Then, because she got bored with the details of the job and figured out she could make more money as a FOX mouthpiece, she quit as governor halfway through her term. She regularly says something that qualifies as borderline retarded every time she opens her mouth, including being so disgusting as to turn an assassination attempt on a Congressional representive into an example of how she truly is the real victim.

The admiration some Americans have for this particular creature remains genuinely astounding.

I'm not wrong. I cited Paul Revere's own words here to back up the history I've known for some forty years. All you've got for a reasoned retort is "GFY" because I am right and you know you've got nothing else and it's pissing you off that Palin is right on this when you really, really would like her to be wrong.

I'll concede that maybe she got this right by accident. That's entirely possible. But the fact remains is that she got it right and you can cry and scream all you want and it won't make her wrong.
