You were still wrong in saying panhandlers never want any food or cloths. I see panhandlers all the time with signs asking for food. Never say never unless you mean it.

Disagree all you want. The fact is that it brings in more money than it costs. That's a reason why an overwhelming majority of the local businesses and politicians support it. 500,000 people at the Vancouver parade in a city of only two-million. It's a cash cow and a half.
