Well, since they are paid for by my tax money, I think I have a right to complain, don't you? Who do you think pays for the Police that is on the streets to protect people? Who do you think pays for the cleaningpeople who have to clean up the mess?

I rather see my tax money go to the starving children, but hey, no possible, because you can spend your money only once, right? ;-)

OMG, you're hoplessly uninformed. Pride parades bring in huge amounts of money for the local economies.

Pride weekend an economic bonanza...

Brenda Brenda:
Maybe you need to get over it, and stop calling people names. Don't get me started, because I will win.

You win? Your post count has gone to your head, LOL. Tell us again how panhandlers never want "anything?"

ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL

Get of your high horse, sweety... Because people pay for this shit, I have no right to complain, or to dislike? Nice one!

Panhandlers want money, no clothes or food. Guess you must have misunderstood what I said there. What's new about that? ;-) Anything else from another thread you need to discuss here?

Yes, I will win when it will come to calling names, which obviously you cannot go without...

I never said you didn't have a right. I said you were wrong for saying it was a waste of taxpayer's money.

You were still wrong in saying panhandlers never want any food or cloths. I see panhandlers all the time with signs asking for food. Never say never unless you mean it.

What makes you so sure of that? You going to prove me right by using derrogatory comments?

Well, we might as well agree to disagree then ;-)

I didn't say "never" and I didn't say "anything" either ;-) I said they don't want "things"... As did everyone else in that thread ;-)

Derogatory comments??? Me??? Never

I think you are a great guy, who gets wind up in the discussion, and starts saying things he doesn't really mean. But you are fun. :P

Disagree all you want. The fact is that it brings in more money than it costs. That's a reason why an overwhelming majority of the local businesses and politicians support it. 500,000 people at the Vancouver parade in a city of only two-million. It's a cash cow and a half.

You did too say "never."

You too.

Did I say never? Shame on me

But, we are crossthreading :P

So, you want a beer? ;-)
