BC SPCA slams 'infuriating' disregard for animal welfare after seizing dogs and cats from repeat offender

I still maintain that offenders like this should spend some time (logic tells me a few days but my heart says weeks) with a collar around their necks, tethered to a pole, under the same conditions as they subjected these innocent creatures to. Some may label me as cruel but in these situations a little tit for tat could be effective.

The whole repeat offender thing is starting to piss me off. It's like 90% of crime is done by 500 offenders who they just book and let out again five minutes later.

No SPCA nearby, my rural friends used a bolt cutter and took a dog chained up outside with no food, water or shelter in -30 last winter. Left an anonymous note on the door.

Took your dog, no SPCA to call. If we see you with another, there's no Fire Dept. here either.

When you have authorities, like both the RCMP upper leadership and the federal government we've been stuck with since 2015, who have shown that they are completely uninterested in the basics of law & order you end up with a situation where crime begins to metastasize like a cancer and spread uncontrollably. This applies as much to street crime as it does to organized crime and also does as much to offenses & provocations committed by genuine kooks like Didulo and her clan of tin-hatters. No one's done the slightest thing to stop them over the last few years so why in the hell shouldn't they feel bold enough to try to take over & terrorize a small town in the middle of nowhere?

The most insulting thing about this is that there are those in the RCMP and the federal government who would absolutely love it if one of the locals in Richmound SK got into it with a cultist and kicked the shit out of them or even killed them. That then would allow the "authorities" to drop the hammer on the locals for alleged vigilantism, which appears to be right now the only crime they'd ever be interested in crusading against. It's nothing new that the government of Canada, especially if it's a Liberal one, will absolutely not tolerate any sort of self-defense being perpetrated by Canadians anywhere. And if a firearm, even a basic one like a shotgun, was involved then even better for their agenda as it would give them full excuse to once again go full-force after all firearms owners everywhere.

We're in a real mess in Canada right now. Things are rapidly going from bad to worse all across the country, thanks almost entirely due to the ineptitude & paralysis of most of our national institutions. And far too many Canadians have been blinded by our endless complacency and just can't see it. The center fails to hold, and the mere anarchy begins to have all sorts of fun for itself.

Longer and more detailed CBC article here - apparently these assholes got invited to Richmound by some local asshole who somehow ended up as the owner of the old school that got shut down twenty years ago. As soon as you hear that a local is involved in setting off the entire problem it's pretty much an automatic that some belligerent goof who gets into fights with the town council did this on purpose out of anger at his neighbours. The kids can't even use the playground on the old school yard anymore in case a confrontation happens with one of the cultists....

The RCMP, while flawed, have limitations. They have to respect an individuals right to free association, Freedom of thought, and freedom of speech. People are allowed to associate on private property, can crown themselves a new sovereign, and send her money all they want.

But when that speech and association turns to violence, and worse (deep inhale) tax evasion, then the gloves come off. There is no evidence that children are at risk in the playground, but with the randomness of the qanon types you just can't be sure.

I actually read that CBC article before the two posted here, and it set off alarms for me. I mean, would we sit by and let any other group do these things?

The fact that these lunatics are threatening violence to anyone who bothers them should force the RCMP’s hand. This psycho has has had her retarded followers send death threats to anyone offering vaccines for three years now, with no consequences. Either the Mounties come and haul them all away, put up a cordon sanitaire around that school and let them freeze to death over the winter.
