Hell folks...We have satelites that are used by Google Earth and Windows maps or whatever that can pretty much take a picture of my dog outside and we are paranoid about a drone that is pretty much nothing more than a remote controlled toy buzzing around tracking the illegal border crossing of moose and other violent offenders. If this makes the Americans less likely to shoot at me as I cross the border then fine.
I, personally, feel that this is nothing more than North Dakota fighting back over Manitoba's objection to the Devil's Lake diversion.
