Can we assume that these rules will now be enforced across the board instead of selectively like they have been so far?
Implying that CKA isn't policing correctly and that you were selected.
Nowhere in that sentence have I implied that I was selected. I am not the only person this has happened to and I'm not the only person concerned with it. I don't believe this is a personal thing against me. So get off of it already.

I'll tell you what since that's what's happened to me, I'll report every instance of personal attacks and cursing I see from now on. FYI to anyone reading this. Don't tell another member to go fuck themselves and certainly don't call them a Noob. That seems to set the mods off.
"Report Happy"

So yes, you did say that.
what?

I never said that. I'm just trying to understand why so many can get away with something and then suddenly it becomes a problem.

I didn't think there was any problem, but from this thread and others in the recent past, it appears many think there is.

RUEZ RUEZ:
Damn rights, I know it. I'm trying to make a point, and to be honest I'm kind of annoyed with this whole thing.

I am also annoyed, I never brought this up, I thought things were going very well and I still do. But people seem to want more rules and stricter enforcement.

RUEZ RUEZ:
They started today? I don't think so. My post was deleted two days ago due to a personal attack. Your personal attack against someone else though was completely disregarded. Don't lecture me about rules.

The basic framework of the posting rules are not much different, its not there is some drastic change happening over night.

If people are so concerned with more enforement of the rules, then report posts and I will probably have to recruit more mods to handle the flood of reported posts. But i don't really think we want to go down that road to much, its no fun.

I'm actually of the opposite thinking. I thought things around here were fine. I think most people like the way it is. Hence we are asking why things are being deleted, not why aren't more things deleted.

This kid of got out of hand. All I meant to do was call attention to what I thought was too strict enforcement of the rules. Mostly it was the deleted "Your thoughts on the liberals" thread that got to me. I thought it was par for the course around here and yet it was outright deleted. I wanted less rules and less enforement.

there is no more rules than before, they are just more clear and the moderator guidlines are more layed out.
