Trust both Bart, myself and others have thought hard on this matter. I know for a fact I would have shot any US. citizen who was commiting a criminal act in my juristiction that called for the use of deadly force. As for some rogue General or the US. Gov. going off the deep end calling for the citizens to give up their rights and then trying to force them... I'll be right next to bart doing all I can.
I don't think you do understand. In attempting to overthrow your own government, you would be considered a criminal and a terrorist.

I don't think you've considered the full weight of what you're saying. Read what I said again.
I have considered it.
Logically speaking, an armed revolt would be by conservative Americans who own firearms as opposed to liberal Americans who support gun bans and who would neither be armed nor conversant in the use of such arms.
Therefore, any armed revolt in the USA would likely be by citizens rebelling against a liberal to socialist government and with the intent of restoring Constitutional liberties.
Are you really that ignorant of history? Just over the past 16 years, it has been Democrats who have pushed for more rights and Republicans who have tried most to take them away.

But this is by your own definition. You would be an enemy of the state, and therefor a criminal. By your own words, you would have no problem with your army and police coming after you to kill you because you believed there was no better way to solve problems in your country than to forcefully imprison or kill your leaders.

Your short memory should be an embarassment to you. It wasn't long after I joined here that I was talking about America needing an armed revolt. I'm not discouraging the idea, I'm asking you to consider how your own definitions of "criminal" apply to you.
