That is dangerous. Not because of alchohol, but if you are not in a right enough mind to know you are pissing on a memorial, your are not in a right enough mind not to drive. Or kill someone. Or burn something down.

Maybe we need a border guard or something between Manitoba and Ontario, to keep these drunken western rabblerousers from desecrating our sacred places.
