Bah when I watched some matches in 2006 with friends from Europe, it looked like 3 hours

I don't even like soccer (seen to much of it in my childhood), but this is special
(to be honest, I didn't even watch the game )

Now we don't have to watch all the plastic Brasil fans pretending they know something about football and blocking downtown traffic waving flags.

Mind you, those Dutch can get crazy......!

   

I don't watch sports on TV. (Well, maybe a little TDF) but if I gotta choose between soccer and hockey, I would take soccer every time.

I gotta say the ending to the Uruguay/Ghana match was one of the most nerve-wracking I've ever seen. I can't remember the last time I was on the edge of my seat like that. Though, one has to feel pity for the Ghanaians to go on such a roller coaster of emotions in such a short time span. Especially Gyan Asamoah. He'll be seeing that ball hit the crossbar for the rest of his life...

   

DAMN!! No naked Diego Maradona now Germany kicked Argentina out of the WC...

   

Another upset. Germany 4, Argentina 0. So much for the South American finals. How about Germany vs Holland, that would be interesting.
