The U.S killed more people in Iraq through sanctions and over a decade of non stop bombardment than Saddam ever could or would. After the invasion the countrie's gone to shit! It's a mess and people are dying from internal strife which the americans are responsible for and American soldiers kicking in doors, raping and killing women and chilldren.
Iraq had a good living standard before the U.S started gunning for Saddam. They had top notch hospitals and sewage treatment works and a good infrastructure.
All that's gone and the degree of corruption in that country placed them among the three most corrupted countries in the world.

Yeah Iraq under Saddam's brutal Regime was flowers, sunshine and rainbows. Never mind the fact he built himself giant palaces using Iraqi money, never mind under UN Sanctions he kept stealing from the Iraqi people, his sons raped and tortured their own people, yep Iraq was a beautiful under Saddam's brutal regime, keep using your Hanoi Sean Penn talking points..

I am not defending Johnny, this is just my own opinion that I felt I needed to express.
Yes America fucked up, if they diddn't go for Saddam Iraq would be better off. However, what they should have done is got rid of Saddam and make sure somebody else got into power and made sure there decision to get rid of him wouldn't effect the country.
However they fucked up, isn't it proper that they fix it? With some help. What you are saying is that it's not right that America and other countries want to go in there and fix a broken down country?
What should we do? Cut and run and leave Iraq the way it currently is, the same goes with Afghanistan. Leave it the way it is?
As for your comments, what are you talking about? Yes there have been some fatal bombings that killed civilians, but hardly any-more then the Insurgents and Terrorists trying to fight NATO. Which is not a fight for there country, they just use that BS to recruit people to there cause. There fight is for power, that they can continue to dictate the people of those countries and make a profit off of it.
I am not currently sure what is going on with Iran, but with Afghanistan soldiers are building hospitals, schools, supplying them. Soldiers are taking there own money, buying backpacks and school supplies. Handing out clothes, and food and water to Afghan Children. Combat Engineers are risking there own lives to find and destroy all mines that can cause Military, or Civilian deaths. We build Irrigation systems so the farmers can benefit off of it and have better crops.
We are fighting the scum that puts AK's in childrens hands, and corrupt there minds so they can take there place one day. The people who strap bombs to 9 year olds in order to kill a couple of soldiers. The people who purposly target civilian populated areas and crowds to kill civilians.
The people who purposly bombs hospitals full of the wounded, and sick. The schools full of children.
As for the raping, that's the biggest insult of them all. Yeah, majority of the soldiers that bust into homes looking for weapon caches based on intel mostly provided by other civilians go in there also to rape kids. Everybody so happens to be child molesters in the military, give me a fucking break.
All the child molestation cases have been of Afghan Soldiers, one of a US soldier. Whoa, pull your breaks there. Did you just say a US soldier molested a child? No way, omg let's pull out of Afghan's Only chance to get back on there feet because ONE US soldier that doesn't represent the entire military of NATO or the mission they are trying to do molested a child. Cut and Run everybody, it's our only hope!!

You're saying they invaded Iraq to spruse it up a bit? How fucking noble of them. Jeez. Guess I was wrong about their intentions then. Good on lil Bush to be so thoughtful and unselfish, sending Americans to fight and die so that the Iraqi people can have cities without clean water, a functioning infrastructure, safety or a descent life in general. Good of the U.S to remove the Euro as currency for trading oil and reinstating the petro-dollar so that they'll loose large profits from the oil trade.
Good on them for selling out contracts on rebuilding and managing the infrastructure to foreign corporations. Good on them for letting large corporate conglomerates taking controle of Iraqs natural resources.
Good on them for enforcing sanctions that killed over half a million children.
Good on them for not combating corruption in the country making Iraq into the third most corrupt nation after Somalia and Burma.
I'm glad we have the good ol U.S of A cleaning up the world and getting rid of dictators and spreading democracy over the world, even though democracy is so foreign to the Iraqi people that they give their votes to their local religious leader. Installing a puppet regime that will do the U.S bidding to the letter is sooo much better and refreshing to that old boring Saddam.
I'm sure the Iraqi people are soooo thankful!

First of, the vast majority of those that carry out terrorist attacks in Afghanistan and Iraq are not Afghans or Iraqis. These are terrorist from all across the muslim world sent there to furter destabalize the countries. What their agenda is is not clear. But a DECADE of non stop bombardment of cities in Iraq? You better believe there have been countless civilian casualties both before and after the invation as a result of these bombardments alone.

Yes, I've seen much of this myself. Swedish soldiers are also stationed in Afghanistan and they are doing a lot of good for the people. The problem is that the U.S put a corrupt pupet regime in place in Afghanistan who the people despise and a regime that the Taliban and freedome fighters will never accept. Just the mere presence of Swedish troops in Afghanistan serves as recognition for this regime and that is not acceptable.
