I support the Death Penalty on the following condition: In the event that it can be proven that the judiciary wrongfully convicted and executed a man, then the PM, as the ultimate person responsible, must stand trial for premeditated murder (a capital offence). The state should not be able to give itself a "free pass" on murder if it executes a wrongfully convicted person.

Not a bad idea.... especially for a PM that runs on a platform of accountability.

Yea, the death penalty is the ultimate in accountability.

People read to much into that logo on your profile then label you.

When I lived in Texas, I like the Republican Party and for Canada I like the Liberal Party in power.

I guess it's the way I see each country. Canada is a more peaceful country that cares about it's citizens, health care, education and it's image around the world. (hence the Liberal Party)

The United States is a strong military nation, a world power and economic power.. (The Republican Party)

So my views from living in the U.S. for 15 years are a little different. In some ways I agree with Liberal ideology, on others Conservative views. How do you label that.

I don't need to read the link. He committed murder in a state with the death penalty, he asked to be executed, and he wasn't extradited.

I don't like capital punishment, I think it's barbaric and I'm glad we don't have it in Canada... however, this guy doesn't have a case.

HEY! I drive a Volvo! It's a great car and with the ski-door to the trunk I can put my .50 rifle in it without having to break it down. The glove compartment fits two .45s and the center console has room for three seven round .45 clips.

It also fits me comfortably which is not something I can say about any other midsize car.
