Everybody has his own set of cards in life. How you want to deal them or deal with them is your choice.

A new-born baby has no choice but to find an answer to a strange question: che vuoi?

I am sorry, but I don't have the time right now to read that whole link, so I really have no idea what you are talking about...

Adults acting like children will not get them anywhere either...

Drug-addicted persons don’t act like children too me, they act like old-age people whom never have had the chance to have a childhood.

You never know why people do drugs... Finding excuses is not gonna help them though...

We can learn a lot about the reasons for drug abuse by doing clinical researches on and by speaking to addicted people.

Sure, but... Aren't the reasons they give not just excuses? I cannot think of one valid reason to start (I say START) doing drugs. I can think of a lot of excuses to start and to stay on drugs though...

As a reason to start: about growing up in a family that believes in the virtues of drugs?

That is a great excuse... You could compare that with people who believe in God because their parents did, not because they educated themselves during adolescense, and made a choice of their own. Regardless of the outcome of the choice, btw...

If there is something that is NOT addictive, it is God’s commandments.

Brenda @ Tue Jan 15, 2008 6:50 pm

I disagree on that statement...

Commandments are not chemical substances.

Brenda @ Tue Jan 15, 2008 7:07 pm

So you think only chemical substances are addictive?

What kinds of test, you think, have a chance to ever become mandatory to welfare recipients?

Modern labour is disguised slavery; welfare recipients are thus wiser than workers.

You just go ahead an belief that if you like, and we'll see where that gets you.

And will never be more than that. Welfare recipients, profiting from the state.

If you think modern labout is some sort of slavery, start your own company, be your own boss. Everybody can do it, all you need is guts.

There is only one way to liberate you from exploitation: it is obviously not by exploiting yourself (being your own boss); it is by encouraging everybody to invest all their time and energy to politics. That’s precisely what are doing some welfare advocacy groups.
