Keith's might be ok for you half-Jock types. No offence intended (I'm fibbing). I like a beer that's got a decent heritage of taste. 1367 AD and all that! Besides, Boddingtons is a better real beer than Keith's, by far!
I do like old world brews. Tennents is amazing. Guinness, of course. Picked up a taste for Kronenberg when I lived in France briefly. Heineken is almost a gold-standard. I do enjoy all the European beers I've tried (including Stella). But if I'm fixing to put down a dozen or more, I want something SMOOOOOOOTH. Alexander Keith's, Moosehead or Miller Genuine Draft.
I have to agree on Heiny.
Throughout my travels, a decent pint of draft Heiniken was nearly always available and good, no matter which Third-World paradise is was in. Charlie (Carlsberg to you non-Limeys) was a close second.
Oh and Esperanto, I was taking the piss!
here is the sign of Canada's future..

The only sure sign of things to come in Canada are as more minorities get into Government positions and Canadian politics, such as Muslims.. they will push for things such as sharia law, or other foreign customs to be more prevalent in Canada.
Multiculturalism at its best, thanks to Pierre Trudeau and the Liberals who have sold Canada's future off to foreign nations.
At least the Conservatives have back bone to stand up for Canada, example being the UAE deal.
