I propose that on the twelth night it be declared open season on ragheads and turbines.
It should catch on quickly in France, most of the EU and the USA.
Congratulations, you just crossed the line.
Seems to me the other side keeps "crossing the line" on an ongoing an regular basis. Sask isn't crossing any line, here, he's just stepping up to meet someone as
they step across.
I won't presume to speak for you Bartman, but I'm sure most of us here will agree that the use of terms like raghead and that it should be open season on ragheads are unacceptable in a forum such as CKA. This isn't RedState of LGF after all.

No, it isn't. But this is the one person taking exception to defend his culture.
If/when some judge rules in favour of banning public displays of Christmas trees will you go long with it to make the Sikhs happy while they get to carry their knives (kirpans) onto airplanes when your grandmother gets a rectal exam and a tasering from the RCMP for not wanting to have her asthma medicine seized by airport security?
He's expressing his frustration with a government and a suicidally insane society that seem hell-bent on erasing Canadian culture to replace it with
anything else.
I may not agree with his choice of words, but I
understand.

An apologia for bigots everywhere.
Hardly a surprise, given Bart's own.... uhh... tendencies.

Getting frustrated with people who are attacking their host culture is not bigotry.
Once the Sikhs get done with banning Christmas Trees and they move on to banning menorahs I wonder if you'd feel the same about sasks' reaction being some sort of bigotry.
It's okay in Canada to attack or assault anything Christian so I get where you think it's bigotry for a Christian to get upset with being discriminated against.
Will you be okay with it when it is someone else being discriminated against by these same people?

You mean my tendencies to think that immigrants who want Canada or the USA to look just like the nations they left should've just stayed home? Those tendencies?
More like your general dislike of brown people.

No but expressing a desire to kill all "ragheads" is.

I don't have much time for any icons of any religion. I don't have much time for people who want to "ban" anything--whether it's Sikhs wanting to ban Christmas trees or soccer refs wanting to ban headscarves. But I don't react by wanting to kill all Sikhs, or all Muslims or all members of whatever religon it is that is pissing me off that day. I don't put a bullet in child's head because some Sikh somewhere said soemthing to piss me off. It strikes me as a tad hypocritcal to react to intolerance if a few by killing all members of a particular religion.

Who are "these people"? Why do you think it is all Sikhs? I have a problem with the Sikhs putting forth this particular stupidity, not ALL Sikhs. That's the difference.
