Shahadah is what you need to say to enter Islam "[I testify that] there is no god (ilah) but Allah, and [I testify that] Muhammad is the messenger of Allah."
How about some who testifies that there is no God but Yahweh, the God of Adam, Abraham and Moses, and Jesus is His anointed Messiah sent to save the world.

Is this like the "ask the Imam" website? do you think the answers on that site reflect what the majority of Muslims think? I'll try find a link if your not familiar with that site.

Thats the one question that most Muslims dont want to answer. If I'm a non believer in Allah im Kufar.

Actually you would be an atheist or kufar, bother are correct. As an atheist, I can you tell you that you have a good start because if a person was to show you the true religion, you wont be biased.

Athisme is the start because you already believe in half of the shahadah, and the only thing one would have to do is prove the other half.
Atheism is not a start of converting to any religion.
