Ok, ok, That quote is probably not in the Bible. I looked and looked, The person that quoted it,I should've taken him to task on that. He said it was a scripture. I just took him at his word. My fault.

Actually, the accurate quote from scripture is: "And it shall come to pass that every day, the sun shall shineth once upon every dog's ass. And if that ass be cantakerous, so shall the ass rise up and smiteth the dog."
That's from The Book of Pave - an insignificant little tome that was dropped from the Big Book lo, those many years ago. Even The Dead Sea Scrolls make no mention of it.
This, probably because, instead of tablets or papyrus, the piece was inscribed in soap.
