Well for that to happen, like i say in a previous, everyone should stop to hate eatch other, and that will not be easy, as example you can read some of the post in this thread, and that from the 2 sides, people simply dont try to see the situation from a other point of view, and sadly , it probably what will cause the Quebec to leave. Quebec see the rest of the Canada as boulete for is developement and a assimilater who want to make the quebec like the rest of the Canada, english all the way... and the reste of the Canada see Quebec like a spoid child who alway ask for more and more. and alway menassing to leave if they dont have what they want... But i disagree. More Francophone prefer Quebec over Canada, but as for Anglophones and Allophones and Natives, the majority, over 80% overwhelmingly will choose Canada.

   

Yes, anglophones and immigrante like a lot more Canda than quebec, because it's Canada that is written on their (bien-etre social) money, for the poors, and it's natural for an anglophone to prefer Canada from quebec and i understand them, Quebec is really distinct from Canada,

Sovereigty-association would be the good decison,you have the political power but still good economical links with Canada, we would have the power to tell to the new emmigrants what is really Quebec and if they come, they would have to learn french cause now, when a immigrant come, they tell that Canada is a large free country and that's it, they don't really add that if you go to Quebec poivince, it's a mojor francophone province, this may influence the immigrant choice, and the federal gouvernement only pays englis course to the new arrivants, 0 french course, for the people in quebec... we would have the power to protect our interest and our ressource.

I think the Canadian federal government should start transfering alot of its influence away from the federal arena and into the provincial arena. Not only for Quebec, but for all provinces.

The federal government is the most centralized and least accountable arm of the government, which is expected, because it is the largest and least accesible to the Canadian citizen.

The federal government should, as a national government, focus its efforts only on issues that concern the nation as a whole, such as defense, immigration, the environment, the constitution, trade and international relations. Let the provincial and municipal governments deal with issues that are not national issues, such as health care, education, etc..

I would suggest a neutral revenue and influence transfer between the federal government and all provinces and municipalities. The closer the government is to the citizen, the more accountable it will become.

   

Let's make it clear!!!

Quebec had one referendum before the 1982 Constitution on whether to negotiate a distict society/Sovereignty by association agreement during the Construction of the 1982 Constitution. This was not a referendum on Separation as the lying Federalists have perpetuated.

Because of cheap rotten tricks and fear mongering the vote was skewed.

Quebec holds a second referendum with a record turn out and wins, but partly because of the policy of building up English Communities with immigrants in Quebec the vote was thrown off. An Act of genocide as I have stated in prior posts.

Only one (successful) referendum on Separation. That's it. A successful referendum, but comprimised nonetheless. We will see how the next referendum fairs, but academias worldwide should be brought in to scrutinize the process and weigh in on the process to ensure fairness. Canada deserves to be raked over the coals with its attitude of due process.
