It seems the server has been getting hammered from IPs from China. So we've blocked all Ips from China. Looking for more things to help.
Since we blocked the China ips, its all green:

I think I blocked Pakistan years ago, when they were hammering us. Or part of Pakistan, at least.

We banned another couple countries. It's weird they were not accessing anything resource intensive, mostly static image files.

It might be they found something here on a image search that isn't available in their country.
I would post an image outside the country that censors wouldn't allow and link to it, if I were them too.

The site is loading finally but the forums are all gibbled up layout wise.
It's like whack a mole with the issues. Trev fixes one thing, and another thing happens.

I added lots of Cloudflare firewall rules, also added some of the other sites on the same VPS server behind Cloudflare. The sites still loading fast one minute, slow the next.
What are the layout issues? everything is fine for me, but there could be issues not that the site is all proxied behind Cloudflare.

I got one load last night with the format messed up but it wasn't consistent. The bigger issue was CKA not responding, site just wouldn't load.
