Would Canada make a Logical Target

I'll start with the airlines and airports, where it's pretty much okay to just run through check points carrying knives and bottles of whatever you can fit in your carry-on bag. And should someone try and stop you, a simple wave of your hand and an explanation of, "I'm in a hurry" is usually good enough to get you where you need to go.

Canadian Immigration... Naw that's just to easy.
Did you know that anyone can own a gas station in Canada? What is a gas station? It's a really big bomb just waiting to be detonated. Someone brought that up one night, think about that one for a bit and it's pretty scary actually.

Non... Seriously... Is Al-Qaida looking at our soil as a target or just a strategic ground to coordinate an attack on the US. In the past few year, Al-Qaida has been targeting the transit system. Montreal and Toronto could make great targets.
Putting Logic, in the targets of Terrorist assholes who are waging war on all westerners is just on of your many major mistakes!
Its not “logic” to expect god wants you to kill thousands of innocent people!
It’s also not “logical” to get yourselves killed if you have to wage war, because then you can’t fight again!!
If you presume there is logic here, then I have to say you most Certainly are in for a rather rude awakening here!!!

Maybe this will restart the debate,
But i saw an article in the National Post, about a terrorist getting cut in Spain with the plan of Montreal Underground system(Metro), Including some plan of the safety and security system installed in there.
So could we be a target....

Don't get me wrong here Bart but I am no fan of your president and his mess in Iraq but it is obvious to me that they target westerners of all kinds. Countries that are with you in Iraq may be more vulnerable to attack but sooner or later they will get to us. How easy it would be for them to set off explosions in any of a number of Canadian cities and melt right away into the scenery? Easy as pie where I live. 
What mess is this? The mess of free elections? The mess of 60 to 70 percent turn out for these elections? The mess of a new constitution? If only we were as involved in our own electoral process.
