How can they make the guidelines racial? You are seeing problems where they don't exist.
Any tatoodgirl is right, back on topic. Kick out the deserters.

And I say that the immigration department already has rules and they don't need to be made harder. Refugees need to be let in if they have a good reason, not withstanding who they are seeking refuge from.
Your application will be denied if you are an Automechanic or a Psychiatrist, but if you are a McDonalds restaurant manager, you can apply. How is that?
The family-class visa should be looked at. I don't think we need more Dziekansky's, in the way that they do not speak a word of English or French.
I don't know about Psychiatrists, but auto mechanics are in short supply in Saskatoon. I never said that the guidelines should not be adjusted. My only concern is that much of this is used by people who want to make the guidelines racial.
Check out the website of the CIC. A lot has been changed. Automechanics are in short supply across the country. They are not on the list. You cannot apply. Sucks eh? Cooks are on the list, restaurant managers are. WHY???
The guidelines are not racial, and never have been. The same rules apply for the all worlds countries.

Again, I don't think we should not change the guidelines. Sometimes government is at 6:00 when the country is at 12:00

hell no. nobody gave german soldiers a break after WWII, even though they were "just following orders."
forgot to mention that between the years 1939-1945 german males were intinsically evil...much unlike american soldiers today, who are all intelligent, free thinking individuals.

I also find it funny, or rather sad that our enemies soldiers,or any nations soldiers for that matter that aren't on our side that have fought and lost,they are condemned for what they have done... by the states. yet when it comes to our own soldiers and the soldiers of our allies, we call them cowards for that very reason, because they don't want to commit war crimes.
